I particularly enjoyed this video that was telepathically channeled from a Czech Telepath from Ashtar Sheran back in Oct 2008. I think it really puts everything in perspective on what's going on and what we can do to resolve the current issues if we choose to. Enjoy:

I'm enjoying the message you are sending Brad. Especially the Alex Collier and Bashar videos. But I don't even know if I could give up meat for 10 days, or stop smoking and drinking occasionally. That would be quite prejudice, in my opinion, to use that as a negative factor in your emotional, spiritual and mental evolution. Would love to meet a benevolent species, no matter which star they originate. I would imagine it would be hard to prepare your mind for such a situation, no matter what your level of knowledge or spiritual training. I feel like something's going to break loose soon though! All these sightings, and talk throughout the world, in the media and inner government circles, is only increasing. Its got to happen soon.
Is anybody here currently living in Phoenix Arizona? The reason I ask, is that tonight, there is a HUGE bright light in the western sky, and its most certainly not a plane or helicopter. You can also see Venus which is further away obviously, but there were a total of 3 lights forming a triangle. The 3rd light, which was at the bottom left, completely went out. Its like someone flipped the switch. Meanwhile, this HUGE object is still hoovering in our sky.. I have not seen anything on the news yet, but everybody in our neighborhood is on their roof with scopes, and binaculers... I do not have any of those items... so I cannot tell you what it is. I cant even find my camera...
So if someone else lives in Phoenix, and can help me out with what this is, I would appreciate it. Meanwhile, I will keep watching to see if anything becomes of it

I can't wait for this all to start happening. My whole life I have always felt detached and just wanting to be loved. I always knew there was more to life. I can't wait for this. Hopefully soon.

Can someone please answer this for me? Why are many saying that obama is some kind of light that is postitive?
If that is the case, why would he have come here and associated with all the negative beings that he has? Why would he come here with so many lies that have been proven to be told by him.
How could he be some kind of positive change, when all that he speaks about, from his own mouth, has to do with things that will destroy America.
I do not get this! Unless, it is like I said, he serves a purpose, to finally bring down the cabal, of which he sure seems to be an active part! Change allright, but not anything for our good, but maybe we need to hit rock bottom for the real POSITIVE changes to take place.

I'm not so sure it is a prerequisite, but it seems like many lightworkers and those who are experiencing the 'awakening' have ended up becoming vegetarian and do not smoke or drink... It is a part of coming to the realization that All is One,
I think that if you ask for help with these things they will help you. You don't even really need to 'try' it just happens... step into the grace as it is given to you and do not worry, it will just happen. I know that may sound strange for those who have addictions and may have tried very hard in the past to quit, but it is true.

Though I do not excatly know what you're describing, I'd saw some bright (stars?) lights in the sky, though no movement, it was a bit flashing. I do think it may be just stars signaling us, but it could be whatever is. I'll be looking out tonight for some love in the sky.
