Well the sun is coming from behind the webcam. Could be that there is a reflection of the window, but that would require the sun to be coming through another window in the room where the webcam is placed. Also the light has a bit of a rainbow to it. Only what to get more info would be from the person(s) responsible for this webcam. We would need to know the layout of the room to rule out the possibility of the sun reflecting on the window.

There are two more dark spheres/spots on the right, one right above a building, one highup in the clouds. As far is I can remember there is only ONE sun.

Just look at the picture from 06:45, you can clearly see a baloon starting to ascend. 15 minutes later it's reflecting the sun during sunrise.
Seems logical enough to me.
I think it´s just an small aircraft, a distance aircraft och maybe a helicopter.

Actually, it can not be the Sun. The Sun, in this picture, seems to be to the right of the image. Look at the way the light from the Sun is falling on the sides of the buildings.

The light is too big to be a reflection from a plane or other flying object. The craft would have to be really close to get sun reflection of that size. If it was that close we would be able to still see some structure of the flying craft. It is definitely not the moon either. The color is wrong for it to be the moon. The color is golden where the moon at best would be light orange. Only two possibilities I see. One is a UFO and the other is the sun reflecting on a window.
It's not the sun... The sun is clearly on the Right of the image. See the bright areas on the buildings. You guys should learn a little about perspective and light sources.

The object is below the clouds, the clouds above where the object is located are not broken. If you see the sun shining on the windows of buildings you see a white reflection not a golden reflection, aircraft windows are not glass, they are made of plastict thus would not reflect a gold colour.
Its too low for a commercial aircraft to be flying among those buildings, i would say it's a UFO. ET's unsure, but indeed a UFO.
